Sappho Cottages

Set in a quiet valley behind Skala Eressos and the beach, between the winter and summer villages, lies a 4 hectare property.   It is accessed via a quiet laneway shared with walkers and sheep.

The valley, known as Khliara Valley to the locals, is only 1.5km from the sea and is surrounded by mountains which offer great walks in the cool of the morning or late afternoon.

At one end of the property is a fully restored 400 year old cottage.  At the other end of the property is a new stone house built in the old traditional style of the area.

This valley epitomises the idyllic peace of a Greek island.
